Account Development Representative (New Grad)

Samsara is seeking a motivated Account Development Representative to join their growing Sales team. This is an opportunity to launch into a SaaS sales career, developing enterprise technology sales skills and contributing to the company's mission to make a positive impact on the world. The role involves hunting for leads, building demand, and closing deals with executives.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day.
• At least 6 months of sales experience/prospecting.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree program or within 6 months of graduation.
• Must demonstrate growth mindset and willingness to be collaborative.
• 6 Months experience with Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Willingness to be rejected.
• Resilience to pick up the phone repeatedly.
