Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to advise and guide its largest customers in deploying and adopting IoT solutions. The role focuses on building customer relationships, ensuring successful deployments, and driving business value. It involves a combination of customer-facing communication, technology understanding, and problem-solving. This is a remote position operating in the US excluding Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, Washington, D.C. and other candidate's location.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
