Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to advise and guide customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. This role focuses on ensuring customer success with Samsara’s IoT platform, working with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong bias for action, with insistence on high standards
