The company is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support professional to join their frontline team, providing exceptional technical assistance across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical product support or specialist role
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts, cloud-based architectures, and hardware troubleshooting
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software systems, working with SaaS/cloud, communicating with engineers and customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and process-related challenges
