As the Head of Business Development NA, you will drive the strategic direction of the organization, identifying hurdles to overcome and building robust plans to ensure the success of the Americas organization as we continue to scale.
Requirements
- Sales lead generation and senior sales leader – visits customers and effectively pitches value proposition to drive sales
- Identify, establish, cultivate long-term strategic relationships with potential clients
- Develop manage and be accountable for the sales funnel and pipeline
- Setup and host customer engagements with tech sales and application specialists
- Generate sales insights and new business opportunities through utilization of the CRM together with our Marketeer
- Develop and/or validate requirements through communication with clients
- Develop relevant SOP‘s to guide a consistent approach amongst your team to meeting/exceeding our client expectations in sales processes (pre & post sale)
- Close contracts with other internal groups, e.g. legal, contracts, finance
- Provide sales updates to senior leadership – pipeline, projections, trends
- Be at the forefront of CGT products, market and trends in quality control, and manufacturing technologies.
- Coach/train more junior members of staff to deliver on our mission
- Forecast demand to manufactoringand supply chain
- Forecasts sales and maintains revenue accountability of targets
