Sartorius is seeking a Platform Development Specialist – Gene Therapy to join their dynamic team and help position Sartorius as the partner of choice for early-stage biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of biologics drug development and experience in gene therapy process development or production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 5+ years of industry experience, or a graduate degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in gene therapy process development or production.
- Deep understanding of biologics drug development from both domestic and international perspectives.
- Practical experience in pilot and production-scale process development.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP bioprocessing operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with global and regional cGMP regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
