Sartorius is seeking an Inside Applications Specialist based in Marlborough, MA to support commercial team and customers within bioprocessing solutions. The role involves driving product excellence and customer satisfaction from lab to full-scale implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field
- 2+ years of industry experience with bioprocessing applications and technologies
- 1+ year experience Process Development, pilot plant or tech-transfer experience with an emphasis in downstream bioprocessing is preferred
- Familiarity with lab equipment, single-use technologies, and bioprocessing workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in interfacing with cross-functional teams and management
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
