Job Description
SBM Management is seeking a Utility Technician to support various departments within their facilities, including Cork & White, Lock & Key, the Furniture Warehouse, the Signage Department, and Conference Center Services. This role requires flexibility, the ability to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines with accuracy. The technician will be responsible for furniture installation, removal, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- 2+ year min experience in Custodial/Floor Care or Maintenance
- Must have experience operating Floor care machinery
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively
