This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to be the primary point of contact with clients for a fencing company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role involves customer support, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and feedback collection, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales process support.

• Previous experience in a customer service role (phone-based preferred)
• Excellent English communication (C1/C2)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfort with communication platforms (RingCentral, Zoom, etc.)
• Basic computer literacy
