Job Description
Join Schaeffler's Accelerated Leadership Program as a Purchasing Specialist and develop leadership skills with cross-departmental exposure. Partner with a mentor, gain knowledge alongside experts, and complete rotation development milestones. After graduation, a permanent position as a Purchasing Specialist in Troy, Michigan is guaranteed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or related Business degree
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Leadership experience or exposure preferred
- Thorough understanding of engineering principals
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to relocate every 6 months
