Requirements
- Conducts and adjusts testing methods and practices to assess and evolve products.
- Design test approach, Develop Test Strategies and Plans.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and build automated and manual tests.
- Write clear and concise defect reports and work as an empathetic advocate for the customer's quality experience.
- Conduct exploration testing to find bugs via other testing means and drive testing workshops.
- Working experience in Automation frameworks, developing, designing and executing test automation scripts.
- Thorough experience with data extraction, transformations and conversion testing.
- Ability to produce dashboards and reports for sprints or code releases.
- Analyze industry best practices to recommend improvements to methodology, test environments and workflow.
- Embed with development teams and infuse quality in every phase of the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in product design and requirements analysis.
- Lead end user focused testing activities and inform how product needs to be evolved.
- Create and execute acceptance criteria based on requirements.
- Troubleshoot when problems arise and contribute to their resolution in a hands-on manner.
