Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience hiring senior and executive-level candidates
- Strong experience working in partnership with Sourcers
- Proven hands-on sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, niche platforms)
- Experience hiring internationally (EU / US markets)
- Strong structured interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to influence Hiring Managers and challenge decisions constructively
- Experience working with ATS / CRM systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership of hiring metrics
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
