The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for end-to-end talent sourcing and first-touch outreach for open roles across the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting (with a strong sourcing focus)
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proven ability to source quickly and at scale across multiple roles and levels
- Excellent written communication skills for personalized candidate outreach
- Hands-on experience working with ATS / CRM systems
- Experience sourcing candidates globally (US, EU, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and prioritize effectively
- English proficiency sufficient for professional candidate communication (at least B2)
