You will provide high-quality support to startups and startup founders, working on HubSpot and interacting with various teams in the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or support (Email, Phone, and Live Chat)
• Knowledge of CRM such as Hubspot
• Phenomenal communication skills
• Solid track record of hitting (and exceeding) KPIs
• Proactively feedback-focused
• Genuine passion for innovation
• Ability to anticipate issues and find ways to add value to the customer experience
• Organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks without missing a deadline
