• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, staffing, or a related field
• Interest in building a career in talent acquisition
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift
• Curious, coachable, and eager to grow—open to feedback and excited to develop new skills
