As a Customer Support Consultant, you will help and inform customers about their shipments and provide solutions to make improvements. You will work in a hybrid environment and have a supporting and consulting role in our B2B customer group.
Requirements
- Customer Support experience is a plus
- Knowledge of online products/e-commerce and/or SaaS is a plus
- Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
- Multitasking skills
- Pro-active and commercial mindset
