Sendcloud is seeking a proactive and collaborative Customer Success Manager (Enablement) to join their growing team. This role focuses on ensuring German and Austrian customers have a successful start with Sendcloud within their first six months. The CSM will act as a product expert and opportunity hunter, working cross-functionally to remove friction, unlock features, and create pathways for customer success.
