Junior Customer Success Manager - DACH

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission is to ensure our German and Austrian customers get off to the best possible start with Sendcloud and drive real, measurable impact during their first six months.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce
• A passion for customer success with strong relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting
• Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in Croatia and eligible to work there
