We are looking for a People Business Partner with an understanding of what it takes to grow and scale a company. You will lead the decision-making process on organizational design, compensation, learning & development, and help navigate employee relations issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience, at least 3 years in a HRBP Role
- Proven experience partnering closely with senior leaders within an organization
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global and distributed teams
- Cultural ambassador - ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with U.S. labor laws, HR compliance, and employment practices
- Strong ability to manage and execute global HR projects
- Ability to embed in a business unit and understand how that part of the business is successful
- Successfully able to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
