Job Description
Sewell Advisory is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a range of built and refurbishment projects, focusing on public sector clients including NHS, DfE, and Local Authorities. The role involves leading teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as business development and continuous improvement. The position requires strong client management and communication skills, and experience in project delivery within the built environment.
Requirements
- A full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Knowledge of Construction Contracts e.g. NEC3, NEC4, JCT, etc.
- Proven experience in a project delivery role within the built environment.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent client management abilities.
- Excellent levels of computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
