Job Description
Sewell Advisory is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery and management of built environment projects, serving various public and private clients. The role involves client engagement, business development, project delivery on behalf of clients, and team leadership. Strong project management skills and customer focus are essential.
Requirements
- A full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Knowledge of Construction Contracts (NEC3, NEC4, JCT, etc.)
- Proven experience in a project delivery role in the built environment.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent client management abilities.
- Excellent levels of computer literacy.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
- Flexible attitude toward hours and support during holiday/sickness periods.
