Job Description
Sewell Advisory is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery and management of built environment projects, serving public sector clients like NHS, DfE, and Local Authorities. The role involves mentoring junior consultants, developing client relationships, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality service delivery, including managing the project lifecycle and ensuring compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Knowledge of Construction Contracts (NEC3, NEC4, JCT, etc.).
- Proven experience in a project delivery role within the built environment.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
