Project Manager

Sewell Advisory is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver built environment projects from concept to completion. This role involves client relationship management, business development, and internal team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in line with industry standards.

Requirements

• Full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
• Knowledge of Construction Contracts (NEC3, NEC4, JCT, etc.).
• Proven experience in a project delivery role within the built environment.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with software.
• Good decision-making and leadership skills.
• Awareness of confidentiality.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Flexible attitude towards hours worked.
• Desirable: Professional Qualification in Construction/Project Management
• Experience of projects requiring Town and Country Planning Permission
• Experience of land and property acquisitions and/or disposals
• Experience of development appraisals and commercial viability
• Working knowledge of LIFT, PFI or Procure 22 or other related frameworks.
• Familiarity with contract management software (e.g. Sypro).
