Job Description
Sewell Advisory is seeking a Project Manager to deliver and manage built environment projects for NHS, DfE, and Local Authorities. The role involves client management, project delivery, business development, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
Requirements
- A full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Knowledge of Construction Contracts (NEC3, NEC4, JCT, etc.)
- Proven experience in a project delivery role within the built environment.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
