Job Description
This role is for a Tech Solutions Architect / Tech Lead to design, lead, and scale digital platforms using a mix of traditional coding, no-code/low-code tools, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, passionate about code and no-code technologies, and capable of translating business needs into practical system solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong architectural instincts
- Experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
- Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
- Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication
- Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams
