Job Description
Hospital Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing nursing services during evening, night, or weekend shifts, including reviewing shift reports, monitoring high-risk cases, and providing input into performance appraisals.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited program of nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Maryland
- At least 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience
- At least 2 years in an inpatient environment
- BSN preferred
