Job Description
As a Hospital Operations Supervisor, you will oversee hospital-wide nursing services during evening, night or weekend shifts, review shift reports, monitor high-risk cases, and provide input into performance appraisals and competency assessments.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited program of nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Maryland
- At least 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience, with at least two years in an inpatient environment
- BSN preferred
