Summer 2026 Management and Sales Intern

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a 10-12-week paid program offering hands-on experience in retail and a sales career. Interns will gain exposure in sales, marketing, merchandising, customer relationship management, and store operations. The program provides professional development and training in areas like Sales, Marketing, and Business Management, and is part of a larger training program to develop future Sales representatives.

Requirements

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items.
• Contribute to sales goals through effective support.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product preparation/mixing, and general store maintenance.
• Help with inventory management, merchandising, and store operations.
• Participate in training sessions and adhere to store policies.
