Summer 2026 Management and Sales Intern

Sherwin-Williams is offering a paid, 10-12 week summer program, the Management & Sales Internship, to interns seeking hands-on experience in retail and sales. Interns will gain exposure to management, sales, and store operations, participate in project work, and receive professional training. This is a full-time, paid position designed to develop practical business and retail experience, and is a stepping stone towards the Management & Sales Training Program. The program is open to graduates, with a focus on internship opportunities.

Requirements

• Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Understand merchandise to answer questions and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms.
