Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is offering a 10-12 week paid internship program for summer 2026. This program provides hands-on experience in sales, retail operations, and store management, with opportunities for professional development and training. Interns will assist with product knowledge, customer service, and project-based work alongside a Sales Representative.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Understand merchandise to answer questions and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with transactions, product prep/mixing, and store upkeep.
