Summer 2026 Management and Sales Intern

Sherwin-Williams is offering a paid, 10-12-week summer program for Management & Sales Interns. This program provides hands-on experience in retail stores, offering insights into management, sales, and store operations. Interns will gain valuable professional experience working with a Sales Representative and participating in group projects, emphasizing customer service, sales support, product knowledge, inventory management, and store operations. The program is designed for college graduates, with alternative internships available for those pursuing a Master's degree.

Requirements

• Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
