Job Description
Shift4 is seeking an Onboarding Operations Associate to join its cross-functional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the foundational tasks across the entire merchant onboarding lifecycle.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn
- Analytical skills to identify trends and spot issues
- Previous customer handling experience (an asset)
- Good interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral English
- Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel considered an asset
