Customer Success Manager - Italy & DACH (f/m/d)

Shiftmove is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth by ensuring the long-term success of their Italian and German-speaking customers. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding customers to value solutions, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or sales (automotive experience is a plus)
• Fluent in German and English (min. C1) as well as Italian (min. B2)
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue-based targets
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Experience with SPICED selling approach a plus
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of accountability
• Excellent time-management skills
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new software tools and sales processes
