HR/People Generalist

We're looking for an experienced HR/People Generalist to join our People team on a part-time (4 days a week) fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a positive, compliant, and consistent employee experience across the employee lifecycle, supporting employees and leaders across Australia and South East Asia.

Requirements

• Experience in a People Coordinator, People Generalist or People Operations role
• Working knowledge of Indonesian employment law
• Experience in contemporary talent acquisition practices and knowledge, particularly for the Indonesian talent market
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills
• Strong service mindset with a genuine care for employee experience
• Experience working autonomously, leading work and outcomes, while collaborating with key stakeholders in the APAC region
