BDR Director, North America

We are looking for a Business Development Director to accelerate the Double-Digit Growth of the most compelling Artificial Intelligence Software Company! If you are a seasoned Business Development Director with a proven track record of over achievement; this great opportunity is for you! Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in the IT or Business Software industry (SAAS Marketing, CRM, Finance or HR software).
• 5+ years ‘experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing a business development team.
• Proven track record addressing C-Levels in Large Accounts.
• Number-driven and result-oriented.
• Full proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Business Degree Preferred.
