Collection Analyst - French Speaking

Sidetrade is seeking a dynamic and friendly Collection Analyst to join their team in Dublin. Requirements

• Ensure that the cash collection activities meet the clients’ requirements
• Handle complex customers’ accounts and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by using Sidetrade software
• Monitor accounts and provide reporting on collection activity
• Analyze accounts and determine the best collections strategies
• Proactive, driven and business-focused
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good usage in Microsoft Office Tools
• Autonomy and team-working
• Resilient and persistent mindset
• Fluent French-speaking
• A second European language is an advantage
• Within 6 to 12 months, you will be: An expert in Cash Collection, increase your target and daily activities
• Solution-driven and fully autonomous in the basic tasks
