Chef de Partie - Pastry (Middle Eastern/ Syrian,Persian,Dessert)

SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team and specialize in traditional and modern interpretations of Middle Eastern sweets and desserts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of classic Arabic confectionery techniques. This role involves preparing, producing, and presenting a wide variety of pastries and desserts, maintaining quality, and assisting with daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in a Middle Eastern or high-end Arabic concept.
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
• Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
• Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification is preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders during high-volume periods.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and contribute to new innovations.
