Chef de Partie - Oriental Pastry

SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team and specialize in Middle Eastern sweets and desserts, including Syrian, Lebanese, and Persian delicacies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in producing high-quality pastries, detailed knowledge of classic techniques, and a passion for creating innovative products. They will also be responsible for maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in a Middle Eastern or high-end Arabic concept.
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
• Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
• Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification (preferred).
• Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
