Chef de Partie - Pastry (Middle Eastern/ Syrian,Persian,Dessert)

SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry specialist to join their culinary team, focusing on traditional and modern Middle Eastern desserts and pastries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pastry production, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of classic Arabic confectionery. Responsibilities include preparing, producing, and presenting a variety of pastries, maintaining quality, and assisting with menu development and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
• Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
• Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification.
• Good understanding of food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely.
