Job Description
Sila is seeking a highly experienced Staff Process Engineer to lead the construction, commissioning, and startup of a new industrial-scale material handling plant in Moses Lake. This role involves ensuring safe and effective online operation, process improvement, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, proactive, and committed to safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Provide onsite support for Material Handling and Product Handling systems, focusing on the commissioning phase.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute project execution and resolve issues.
- Analyze system performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for future material handling projects.
- Support equipment selection, vendor evaluation, and technical qualification.
