Job Description
Sila is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Process Engineer to design, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes in a high-growth manufacturing setting. The role involves process design, rotating equipment monitoring, process data analysis, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and project management within a dynamic environment. Sila focuses on improving lithium-ion battery energy density and accelerating electric vehicle adoption.
Requirements
- Strong foundational understanding of chemical engineering principles
- Demonstrated experience in a chemical plant or high-volume manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data analysis skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, manage resources and execute projects
