This role involves being the primary liaison between customers and field service technicians, handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and inputting customer data. Requirements

• Ability to work Monday thru Friday 9-6, Sat 8-12 1-2 times a month.
• WIFI at home to log into our system when on call.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Highly evolved customer service skills.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft office and computer savvy competence.
• Ability to commute to Woburn daily.
• Ability to work from home with WIFI for the on-call shift.
