Senior/Staff Product Engineer

Join Silicon Labs' Product & Test Engineering team as a Senior/Staff Product Engineer to play a crucial role in enabling successful product launches. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure our wireless SoCs and modules meet aggressive goals.

Requirements

• Strong background in product engineering or test engineering for high-volume semiconductor products
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and scripting language
• Solid understanding of IC manufacturing, test processes, and failure analysis
• Familiarity with analog/mixed-signal ICs or RF-enabled devices
• Experience designing burn-in hardware and developing stress test patterns
