Job Description
The Community Support Specialist position in Aransas Pass, TX is seeking a part-time individual to provide high-quality home and community services to Veterans. This role involves supporting clients with neurological disorders, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries, providing care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation. The specialist will work as part of a team with Case Managers and family members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience with physical and cognitive impairments/disabilities
- Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury
- Experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Veteran/Military Experience
- Valid driver's license
- Affordable auto insurance (100k/300k Bodily Injury)
