Job Description
The Community Support Specialist position in Mansfield, TX, provides high-quality home and community services to Veterans. The role involves providing support for neurological disorders, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries, conducting client care plan implementation, and ensuring accurate documentation. The specialist collaborates with Case Managers and family members to best serve Veterans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience with physical and cognitive impairments/disabilities
- Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury
- Experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Veteran/Military Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
