Job Description
Community Support Specialists are seeking a part-time employee to provide high-quality home and community services to Veterans with neurological disorders, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. The role involves delivering client care plans, managing documentation, and providing education and support to both clients and their families. Teamwork with Case Managers and family members is essential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience with physical and cognitive impairments/disabilities
- Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury
- Experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Veteran/Military Experience
