Job Description
We are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping/Product Team. In this role, you will spend time growing your knowledge about immigration & related processes, work closely with the Customer Success Team, and help print, prepare, and ship immigration applications.
Requirements
- Gain & maintain a solid knowledge of the processes on the Customer Success Team
- Develop a reliable knowledge of immigration rules & protocol
- Coordinate with the rest of the CS team to print customer applications for the day, prep & assemble shipping packets, & track inventory of shipping supplies
- Report any urgent issues to team leadership; incorporate creative solutions moving forward
- Understand basic printer troubleshooting
- Execute printer maintenance, like reloading paper reams
- Understand basic technical troubleshooting on your own computer (ex. Printing settings)
- Be willing to take on additional responsibilities
