This position provides supportive services to residents at Aeon’s OHP properties, assisting them to maintain housing, access community resources, and foster community engagement and resident leadership. The Resident Connections Coordinator will work as part of a team to enhance the quality of residents' lives, empower them in taking steps to achieve self-sufficiency, and provide flexible services during times that meet the needs of participants.
