Broadcast Engineer

This Broadcast Engineer role at PickleballTV focuses on maintaining and innovating within a live sports broadcast environment. The position involves supporting studio productions, post-production workflows, streaming platforms, and infrastructure upgrades. The engineer ensures seamless delivery of live sports programming, approximately 2,000 hours annually, from global events.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast television engineering
• Proven leadership ability and exceptional communication skills
• Extensive experience with Avid, EVS, and cloud-based media workflows
• Expertise in automation systems for live production
• Hands-on experience with SMPTE 2110 broadcast systems
• Flexible schedule requirements (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)
