We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead strategic transformation projects within the strategic partnerships and patient liaison services unit. The role requires the candidate to have a sharp understanding of the patient treatment journey at an outpatient center, and the analytical capabilities to be able to identify and manage process improvement initiatives that strengthen daily departmental workflows, to augment the patient access experience for the Centers’ internal and external stakeholders (i.e. patients, physicians, Payers etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing partnerships, or commercial projects. Experience in oncology or specialty healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Experience in end-to-end project management and improvement initiatives
- Experience with MOU development and management in healthcare settings
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for Business Presentations is a must
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with cultural sensitivity for international stakeholders
- Self-driven, achievement-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
